The Riyadh office is described as central to the company’s KSA presence and is in a high-growth scaling phase.
About the Role
Own HR, government, compliance, and office-related activities for the Riyadh office.
Process HR and government transactions, maintain statutory paperwork, run office operations, and support employee experience.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role requiring detailed work with government portals and confidential information.
Government and Statutory Compliance
- Process employee lifecycle transactions across Qiwa, including contracts, work permits, establishment management, and Saudization certificates.
- Manage GOSI registrations, monthly contributions, and employee additions and removals.
- Manage Muqeem and Absher transactions, including Iqama issuance and renewals, exit and re-entry visas, and dependent management.
- Administer employee health insurance enrollments, renewals, additions, removals, and employee queries.
- Maintain audit-ready employee records and meet labor law and regulatory deadlines.
