About the Role
PRIME SIGNATURE is hiring an HR & Admin Officer to manage DMCC portal, CEO calendar, visa processing, office administration, and HR functions. Requires 2+ years UAE experience in administration or HR, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage the DMCC Portal
- Schedule and manage CEO’s calendar and other assigned tasks
- Process Visa, Trade License, Establishment Card, Company Registration/Amendments
- Coordinate with Building Management for building permits
- Oversee liaison with Landlord for lease renewals
- Coordinate with Finance Department for WPS registration and implementation
- Supervise office supplies (pantry, stationery, water etc.)
- Work closely with management team on staffing requirements, attendance etc.
- Maintain leave management file and fixed asset inventory
- Work with department heads in conducting periodic appraisals
- Manage Attendance for Payroll and coordinate with Finance Department
- Manage employee data and records; ensure visas, medical insurance, passport, work permit are renewed
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Administration, HR, or Office Management within the UAE
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Experience liaising with government authorities, building management, landlords, and external service providers is an advantage
- Experience in job posting is an advantage

Scope of work
- Manage the DMCC Portal
- Schedule and manage CEO’s calendar and other tasks that might be assigned.
- Process Visa, Trade License, Establishment Card, Company Registration/Amendments
- Coordinate with the Building Management for all building permits i.e. delivery access, entry access, parking, office maintenance/repair, etc.
- Oversee & direct liaison with the Landlord for lease renewals for Signature Technology Office.
- Coordinate with Finance Department for the WPS registration and implementation
- Supervise office supplies (pantry, office stationery, water etc.)
- Work closely with management team re: staffing requirements, attendance etc.
