Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, offer letters, onboarding, contracts, probation, performance management and exit formalities
- Ensure compliance with UAE MOHRE labour law, including contracts, leave, working hours and end of service benefits
- Administer visa, work permit and labour card processes with PRO services and government portals
- Own payroll coordination, WPS compliance, attendance and leave tracking with strict accuracy
- Maintain HR policies, employee records and files, ensuring organised, audit ready documentation
- Track key HR deadlines (visas, contracts, renewals) and liaise with MOHRE, GDRFA and external counsel as needed
- Remotely coordinate day to day office administration, supplies and facilities with on ground vendors and staff in Dubai
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts (IT/telecom, insurance, courier, cleaning, maintenance)
- Coordinate staff travel, visas for business trips, hotel bookings and event logistics
- Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems for HR and administrative records
- Support scheduling and calendar coordination across time zones, and track office budgets and expenses
- Assist with new hire onboarding logistics, coordinating remotely with the Dubai office

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years' experience in HR management and/or office administration

Role Overview
- The HR & Admin Manager works remotely from India, handling HR operations and office administration for GCC Solutions / GCC Law's Dubai, UAE office.
- The role blends HR management (recruitment, employee lifecycle, UAE labour law compliance, payroll coordination) with administrative support (vendors, travel, filing, logistics), coordinated closely with the Dubai team.
Key Responsibilities : Human Resources

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years' experience in HR management and/or office administration; experience in India is fine, with willingness to learn UAE labour law.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organised, detail oriented, and discreet with confidential information.
Preferred / Advantageous
- Working knowledge of UAE labour law, MOHRE processes and WPS/payroll compliance.
- CIPD, SHRM or other recognised HR certification.
- Experience supporting a law firm or professional services business.
- Familiarity with HRIS/payroll systems and government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA).
