Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This internship will offer valuable exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR operations. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about building a career in Human Resources and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events
- Assist in drafting HR documents and policies
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Conduct market research and benchmarking as required
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information at all times
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a quick learner
