About the Role
AST Plus Technical Services LLC seeks an HR Executive to independently manage recruitment, induction, performance management, and HR administration. The role requires experience in fitout and construction, strong people management skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Fulfill company's staffing needs through systematic recruitment including job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, background checks, and contract negotiation
- Design, implement and manage induction, onboarding, and training systems to bring new employees to productivity quickly
- Design, implement and manage performance management systems including KRAs, KPIs, appraisals, and development plans
- Handle HR administration including contracts, visas, medical insurance, attendance, leave, payroll, gratuity, compensation & benefits, and policy implementation
- Manage office administration including tenancy contracts, licenses, registrations, insurance, vehicle registrations, stationery, and office maintenance
Requirements
- Proven track record in independently handling recruitment, induction, performance management, and HR administration
- Excellent people management and leadership skills
- Attention to detail
- Well organized
- Quick starter with high energy and enthusiasm
- Fitout and construction field experience

Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Fulfill company's staffing needs systematically by identifying human resource requirements, attracting candidates, shortlisting, conducting interviews, background checks, and negotiating contracts
- Induction, Onboarding and Training: Design, implement and manage systems to induct, onboard and train new employees
- Performance Management: Design, implement and manage systems for KRAs, KPIs, appraisals, and development
- HR Administration: Handle contracts, visas, medical insurance, attendance, overtime, leave, payroll, gratuity, compensation & benefits, policies, records, and grievance resolution
- Office Administration: Manage tenancy contracts, licenses, registrations, insurance, vehicle registrations, stationery, office cleanliness, and general administration
Compensation
- Salary as per experience
- Pay: AED 3,000 AED 5,000 per month
