GREEN PRINT is seeking a motivated HR & Admin Executive to support human resources and administrative operations. The role involves managing employee records, coordinating recruitment, handling visa and government documentation, and ensuring compliance with Qatar Labour Law.

Responsibilities
- Manage day to day HR and administrative activities
- Maintain and update employee records, files, and documentation
- Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews, onboarding, and employee orientation
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and HR databases
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, reports, and other HR related documents
- Handle employee related processes including visa applications, QID processing, medical procedures, and government documentation
- Manage office supplies, facilities, and general administrative requirements
- Support management with HR reports and administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar Labour Law
- Assist in employee engagement and performance management activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and Administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Qatar Labour Law is an advantage
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Transferable visa with NOC preferred
