About the Role
GREEN PRINT is looking for a proactive HR & Admin Executive to manage recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, payroll support, office administration, and general HR operations in Doha.

Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and HR documents
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and timesheets
- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee benefits
- Handle visa, medical, and government documentation
- Support employee relations and ensure compliance with company policies
- Manage office administration, stationery, and office assets
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and vendor services
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of HR & Administration experience
- Knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Experience with HRMS/ERP is an advantage
