Role Purpose
Manage HR and administrative functions including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, documentation, and office operations.
Support smooth workforce management, statutory adherence, and effective support for all departments.
The role reports to the Senior HR/Admin Manager or Plant Head.
Human Resources Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard employees.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Coordinate communication, leadership, technical, and compliance training programs.
- Design and implement employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
- Handle grievance redressal and employee relations.
- Support performance appraisal and career development processes.
Administration Responsibilities
- Manage office facilities, supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate travel, logistics, and administrative support for management.
- Maintain safety, security, and housekeeping standards.
