1. Strategic HR Management
- **Talent Acquisition:**
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical and administrative roles, ensuring a pipeline of talent that aligns with Kirloskar’s innovative culture.
- **Employee Relations:**
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees; mediate disputes and oversee disciplinary procedures.
- **Performance Management:**
- Implement and oversee the annual appraisal process, linking individual KPIs to global corporate objectives.
- **Culture & Development:**
- Promote the Kirloskar "Limitless" values (Excellence, Integrity, Empathy) through engagement initiatives and professional development workshops.
2. Regulatory & Statutory Compliance
- **Legal Adherence:**
- Ensure company policies comply with
FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO
- , and Texas-specific labor laws.
- **Reporting:**
- Prepare and submit all mandatory filings on company, payroll, etc.
- **Audit Readiness:**
- Conduct regular internal audits of personnel files, payroll records, and I-9 forms to ensure 100% audit readiness.
- **Policy Development:**
- Maintain and update the Employee Handbook to reflect changing legislative landscapes.
3. Compensation, Benefits & Payroll
- **Payroll Oversight:**
- Coordinate with payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely processing for exempt and non-exempt staff.
- **Benefits Administration:**
- Manage health insurance, 401(k) plans, and leave policies, acting as the primary liaison for benefit vendors.
4. Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE)
- **Workplace Safety:**
- In collaboration with the operations team, ensure compliance with
Osha
- standards and maintain a safe working environment.
- **Workers' Compensation:**
- Manage all workers' compensation claims and return-to-work programs.
