Requirements:
Experience: 4–6 years in an HR/Admin role, with at least 2-3 years in a fast-paced startup environment.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in HRMS tools, Slack, Google Workspace, and project management software (Notion/Asana).
Problem Solver: You don’t just report a problem; you come to the table with two possible solutions.
Communication : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You can deliver sensitive news with empathy and clarity.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. (Professional certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus).
