Role Overview
Support Human Resources and administrative functions, including employee records, recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance, documentation, office administration, and daily HR activities.
Handle confidential information professionally and support HR and administrative processes.
HR Responsibilities
- Assist with job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Prepare and maintain employee files, contracts, HR documents, and records.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Assist with payroll documentation and monthly HR reports.
- Coordinate employee benefits, medical insurance, and other HR-related requirements.
- Prepare HR letters, certificates, and employee documents.
- Assist in implementing company HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee inquiries and direct HR-related concerns.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and employees.
- Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, letters, correspondence, and business documents.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports.
- Collect, organize, and analyze information for management reporting and decision-making.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for meetings, management reviews, and internal communications.
- Maintain administrative records, files, databases, and documentation.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, calendars, invitations, appointments, and scheduling.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, documents, minutes, and action trackers.
- Support data entry, document preparation, tracking, and follow-up on assigned tasks.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- One to three years of experience in HR and/or administrative support.
- Good knowledge of HR processes and general office administration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of UAE labor and employment practices is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
