About the Role
ICAN is hiring an experienced HR Manager for a contract role based in Abu Dhabi.
The role supports day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, HR administration, and local workforce requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage core HR activities and support employee relations matters.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations.
- Maintain HR records and HR processes.
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to address operational HR needs.
- Operate independently and provide practical HR guidance.
- Support effective people practices during the contract period.
Requirements
- Candidates must speak Arabic and have strong local UAE HR experience, preferably within Abu Dhabi.
- Solid knowledge is expected in UAE labour law, HR operations, employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and workforce administration.
- Previous in-house HR experience is required.
- Candidates should be confident managing stakeholders and handling sensitive employee matters.
Preferred Profile
- A hands-on, structured, and professional approach is preferred.
- Ability to join immediately or on short notice is preferred.
- Prior experience in a contract, temporary, or project-based HR role is advantageous.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 10,000 per month.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person in Abu Dhabi.
