Responsibilities
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and hygiene throughout the residence, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and common spaces
- Perform daily tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, polishing surfaces, making beds, laundering and ironing clothes and linens, and managing wardrobe care
- Assist with serving meals and refreshments, maintaining pantry and cleaning supplies
- Properly handle delicate materials and luxury furnishings
- Follow established household protocols, respect privacy and confidentiality
- Coordinate with other household staff and respond flexibly to changing schedules and special events
Requirements
- Strong skills in general housekeeping, including cleaning, organizing, laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care
- Experience maintaining high end or luxury residences, with attention to detail for delicate fabrics, finishes, and furnishings
- Ability to follow instructions, household procedures, and safety standards, including proper use of cleaning equipment and products
- Good time management, reliability, and the ability to work independently as well as cooperatively with other household staff
- Professional demeanor, discretion, and respect for confidentiality within a private family environment
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks, stand for extended periods, and lift light to moderate loads as needed
- Basic communication skills in English

Role Description
