About the Role
EFS Facility Services is hiring Housekeeping Team Leaders to oversee day-to-day cleaning operations across client sites in Abu Dhabi.
The role supervises housekeeping attendants, inspects site cleanliness, allocates tasks, and maintains hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping operations, including hospital housekeeping.
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or senior attendant role.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Hindi or Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-management abilities.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment, chemical handling, and hygiene protocols.
- Valid passport with at least 6 months of validity.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping attendants on assigned shifts.
- Inspect designated areas, rooms, corridors, and washrooms for quality, hygiene, and client standards.
- Prepare staff duty rosters, monitor attendance, and assign work zones.
- Conduct shift briefings, safety toolbox talks, and on-the-job training.
- Monitor cleaning chemicals, consumables, and housekeeping machinery and report shortages.
- Ensure correct chemical use and dilution and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Handle routine client queries and report major maintenance or facility issues to the Facility Manager.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1,000–1,400 per month.
Work Location
