About the Role
Holiday Inn Dubai is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations, inspect guest rooms, and ensure cleanliness standards. Requires 2-3 years housekeeping experience in a hotel environment and supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations
- Inspect guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back of house areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Assign daily tasks and room allocations to housekeeping attendants
- Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping staff
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health & safety, and hygiene standards
- Monitor and control housekeeping supplies and inventory
- Report maintenance issues to the Engineering department
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
- Prepare daily reports (room status, discrepancies, lost & found, etc.)
- Ensure proper handling of linen, uniforms, and cleaning equipment
- Support in scheduling, attendance monitoring, and performance evaluations
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2–3 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel environment
- Previous supervisory experience is an advantage
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and flexible shifts
