Role Overview
Hilton is hiring a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor / Accommodation Supervisor for its Hotels team.
The role oversees hotel housekeeping standards and supports memorable guest experiences through cleanliness and service.
Typical Responsibilities
- Train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping team members to ensure cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms.
- Conduct checkout-room inspections, occupied-room spot inspections, and checks of service areas, storage, and corridors.
- Report and promptly follow up on maintenance issues and facility concerns.
- Schedule and supervise periodic deep cleaning and special housekeeping initiatives.
- Maintain stock levels and ensure proper maintenance of housekeeping equipment.
- Ensure excellent guest service, including VIP and special guest requests.
