Job Description
Supervise housekeeping operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping attendants and cleaners.
- Allocate daily duties and work areas.
- Inspect guest and public areas.
- Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained.
- Monitor staff attendance and performance.
- Coordinate with other departments.
- Monitor cleaning materials and equipment.
- Train and guide housekeeping staff.
- Report maintenance issues.
- Prepare daily housekeeping reports.
- Ensure health, safety, and hygiene procedures are followed.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Hotel, resort, or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good knowledge of housekeeping procedures.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to manage staff and assignments.
- Professional appearance.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be currently available in Qatar.
- Must be available to join immediately.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
