Role Overview

Housekeeping Operations

• Ensure the smooth operation of the assigned floor.
• Supervise housekeeping attendants and monitor their performance.
• Organize room-making processes and allocate rooms and deep-cleaning tasks daily.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors, and heart-of-the-house areas.
• Check occupied and departure rooms and address guest needs.
• Ensure housekeeping operations meet established standards.
• Manage guest requests, including VIP amenities, and communicate them to relevant team members.
• Inspect guest bedrooms and public areas routinely.
• Carry out lost-and-found procedures.
• Report maintenance issues to the Maintenance or Engineering Department.
• Assist with training requirements and represent team needs to other hotel departments.
• Report property damage, maintain shift logs, and comply with hotel security, fire, health, and safety requirements.
