About the Role
The Kairon Clinic is hiring experienced Housekeeping Staff to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control in a medical/polyclinic environment. Candidates must have 1-2 years of housekeeping experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or polyclinic, and knowledge of infection control and medical waste handling.

Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all clinic areas, including treatment rooms, waiting areas, washrooms, and staff zones
- Follow infection control and sterilization protocols as per healthcare standards
- Ensure proper waste segregation (general, medical, sharps)
- Support daily clinic operations by preparing rooms before and after procedures
- Refill consumables (tissues, sanitizers, gloves, etc.) and report stock shortages
- Assist in maintaining a safe, hygienic, and patient friendly environment
- Coordinate with the nursing and operations team for cleaning schedules and urgent requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 years experience in housekeeping within a medical clinic, hospital, or polyclinic
- Knowledge of infection control, medical waste handling, and cleaning chemicals
- Ability to follow SOPs and maintain high hygiene standards
- Physically fit, reliable, and detail oriented
- Professional attitude and good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced clinical environment
