Responsibilities
- Perform inspection of Housekeeping duties for venues ensuring fully inclusive service delivery through contractors
- Verify assigned contractors deliver all tasks in completed required timing
- Assist Senior Manager in establishing documents, procedures, processes for effective operation and service delivery
- Attend promptly to housekeeping problems with emphasis on long term solutions
- Review individual venue tasking frequencies and ensure they meet demands
- During events, liaise with contractor staff to ensure works complete before, during, and after event
- Communicate directions of Senior Manager or HK Executive to contractors
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma Degree related to Housekeeping/Cleaning/Hospitality
- At least 2 years experience as a cleaning supervisor
- Minimum 5 years total working experience
- Full understanding of CAFM system
- Good knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001, 45001)
- Management mentality towards engaging with staff, clients, end users and contractors
