The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay, a cluster of hotels, is looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our extraordinary team!

Conveniently located in the heart of Dubai’s Business Bay area, home of the Burj Khalifa!

Minutes away from The Dubai mall, renowned Jumeirah Beach, and with convenient access to all of Dubai’s world leading tourist attractions.

The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay will include 275 hotel rooms as well as 120 one- and two-bedroom apartments, convenient F&B offerings & meeting and events facilities.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Managing, coaching, and developing a team dedicated to exceptional housekeeping and laundry standards
• Checking that public areas, rooms, suites, equipment, and linen exceed guest expectations
• Maintaining and ordering supplies and equipment – while minimising waste – in support of our green initiatives
• Helping to refine and prepare budgets that help us maximise profitability
• Addressing special requests for guests, VIPs, repeat visitors and VIP Club members
• Assisting with deep cleaning projects and occasionally assisting your team during busy periods
• Educating all team members on the importance of remaining compliant with local laws, IHG brand standards and safety standards

What we need from you :

It is not just about completing tasks and doing the work!

We are looking for personality, originality, creativity, focus and a passion to deliver great results directly and via the whole team!

• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal strong skills
• Business language and tools acumen
• Minimum 3 years in a Managerial role
• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma/equivalent in hospitality or related field
• Direct Managerial experience over a team, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
