Day-to-day responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop a team dedicated to exceptional housekeeping and laundry standards.
• Check that public areas, rooms, suites, equipment, and linen exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain and order supplies and equipment while minimizing waste in support of green initiatives.
• Help refine and prepare budgets that maximize profitability.
• Address special requests for guests, VIPs, repeat visitors, and VIP Club members.
• Assist with deep-cleaning projects and support the team during busy periods.
• Educate team members on local law, IHG brand, and safety compliance.

What we need

• Minimum three years in a managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in hospitality or a related field.
• Direct managerial experience over a team, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Business language and tools acumen.
• Personality, originality, creativity, focus, and passion for delivering results directly and through the team.
