- Collaborate with the laundry team to maintain efficient linen processing

Requirements
- Strong supervisory skills including team leadership, scheduling, training, and performance management
- Experience in laundry operations, linen management, and housekeeping processes within hospitality or similar environments

- Experience in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding housekeeping or service staff
- Knowledge of cleaning standards, health, safety, and hygiene regulations in a hospitality setting
- Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory or managerial role, ideally in hotels or serviced residences
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi

Role Description
- The Housekeeping Manager is a full time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations within the facility.
Responsibilities
- Manage housekeeping staff scheduling, training, and performance to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms and public areas.
- Coordinate daily room inspections, inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and linens, and collaborate with the laundry team to maintain efficient linen processing.
- Handle guest requests and feedback, working closely with front office and maintenance teams to resolve service issues.
- Enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols.

Qualifications
