Position Summary

Coordinate daily Housekeeping activities and room-status workflows.

Act as a liaison among Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.

Room Coordination Duties

  • Run sold room reports, verify room status, identify discrepant rooms, and prioritize cleaning.
  • Update departing-room status and coordinate resolution of discrepancies with the Front Desk.
  • Prepare and distribute room assignments to Housekeeping staff.
  • Monitor Do Not Disturb rooms and assign rush rooms or rooms previously on the Do Not Disturb list.
  • Complete required Housekeeping paperwork.

Service and Compliance Duties

  • Follow company, safety, and security policies and report maintenance issues, hazards, accidents, or injuries.
  • Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, asset protection, and quality standards.
  • Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, and support positive working relationships.
  • Use clear professional language and prepare accurate written documents.
  • Enter and locate work-related information using computers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
  • At least one year of related work experience is preferred.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is required.

Work Environment

  • The role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
  • The role requires moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 10 pounds independently.
