Position Summary
Coordinate room-status reporting, cleaning priorities, room assignments, and Housekeeping paperwork.
Assist Housekeeping management and liaise with Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
Core Responsibilities
- Run sold room reports, verify room status, identify discrepant rooms, and update departing-room status.
- Prioritize cleaning, ensure vacant dirty rooms are completed on time, and assign rush rooms.
- Prepare and distribute room assignments to Housekeeping staff.
- Record, monitor, and update Do Not Disturb rooms.
- Document and resolve discrepant-room issues with the Front Desk.
- Complete required Housekeeping paperwork.
Schedule and Work Setting
- The position is full time and based at the Dubai Fountain Street property in Downtown Dubai.
- The role is not remote and requires extended standing, sitting, or walking.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.
- No supervisory experience or license or certification is required in the listed qualifications.
