Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain all assigned guestrooms and common areas, including dusting, making beds, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, and inside window cleaning
- Remove soiled linen from rooms and retrieve clean linen from designated storage areas
- Replenish rooms with supplies and amenities according to departmental standards
- Sign in and out master keys daily and maintain proper accountability for all equipment
- Update and accurately record all cleaned rooms in the designated system
- Identify, collect, and properly tag all lost and found articles by following lost and found policy
- Report necessary maintenance items and safety concerns to the line Supervisor promptly
- Follow all departmental policies, procedures and organizational service standards
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols to maintain a secure work environment
- Collaborate with team members to support departmental goals and assist colleagues as needed
- Maintain proper usage and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment
Requirements
- Experience in housekeeping or cleaning
