Role Overview
Assist guests during their stay and maintain guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards.
Provide personalized service while protecting guest privacy and belongings.
Housekeeping Responsibilities
- Liaise with the Supervisor and Coordinator to ensure guest requests are attended to promptly.
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience for guests.
- Supervise end-of-day closing of the service area and ensure equipment is stored safely.
- Prepare guest amenities, cleaning supplies, minibar items, and clean linen on the trolley.
- Check and record rooms displaying a MAKE UP sign.
- Check and record rooms displaying a Do Not Disturb sign and respect the sign.
Experience and Skills
- A service-focused personality is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar role in a five-star hotel is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for service.
- Good communication skills with fluent English.
- Physically active and efficient.
