Role Objective
Perform light cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain office premises in a clean and orderly condition.
Replenish linens, clean office spaces and halls, and vacuum assigned areas.
Cleaning Duties
- Clean hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
- Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, draperies, windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
- Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors using brooms, mops, or powered machines.
- Dust and polish furniture, equipment, silver accessories, fixtures, and fittings.
- Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to disposal areas.
- Remove debris from driveways, garages, and swimming pool areas.
- Replace light bulbs and request repair services when required.
Additional Tasks
- Run errands such as taking laundry to cleaners and buying groceries.
- Sort clothing, load washing machines, and iron and fold dried items.
- Take care of pets through grooming, exercising, or feeding when assigned.
Desired Qualification
- High school degree or 12th/Intermediate pass.
