Role overview
The hotel is seeking a reliable and trustworthy Housekeeping Attendant to provide guest service as part of its hospitality team.
The role includes cleaning, stocking, and servicing assigned rooms to hotel brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and respond to queries.
- Change bed linen and make beds.
- Replace used towels and bathroom amenities.
- Vacuum carpets and dust and polish furniture.
- Empty trash containers and ashtrays.
- Clean public areas such as corridors.
- Report technical issues and maintenance needs.
- Update guest room status on the assignment sheet.
- Return and restock the cleaning cart at shift end.
Requirements
- Be reliable, trustworthy, honest, and pleasant.
- Know and comply with housekeeping policies, procedures, and standards.
- Respond to guest complaints and queries promptly and politely.
- English is required.
Employment details
The position is full-time and permanent.
