The Role
The Housekeeping Attendant maintains apartment cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
The role supports a pleasant guest stay and ensures properties meet SmartStay standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest supplies.
- Inspect apartments for damage and report issues.
- Follow lost-and-found protocols.
- Maintain and store cleaning equipment properly.
- Follow health and safety regulations and use cleaning chemicals correctly.
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Respond promptly to guest housekeeping requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in assigned apartments.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality, hotels, or holiday homes is preferred.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service are required.
- Candidates must work independently and collaboratively.
- Good English communication is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to use mobile apps for checklists and maintenance reporting is required.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor are required.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment is required.
- Immediate availability is required.
Compensation and Benefits
- The role pays from AED 2,000 per month.
- The package includes healthcare insurance and an employment visa.
Schedule
- The role is based on responsibility rather than fixed working hours.

- Work location is in person in Dubai.
