- Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments
- Enter guest rooms following procedures for gaining access and ensuring vacancy
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and motivating employees
- Follow safety policies; report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- Move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 55 pounds
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 55 pounds
- Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods
