About the Role
COSMOS STAR REAL ESTATE is hiring a Housekeeper/Cleaner to service guest rooms and maintain cleanliness. Duties include cleaning, making beds, restocking supplies, and reporting maintenance issues.

Responsibilities
- Clean, dust, vacuum, and mop guest rooms and bathrooms
- Make beds, change linens, and replace used towels
- Restock toiletries, coffee, snacks, and other guest room supplies
- Remove trash and room service trays
- Ensure security and privacy for guests (e.g., respecting 'Do Not Disturb' signs)
- Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and floor closets
- Manage and replenish linen rooms
- Keep track of hotel supplies and inform supervisors when replenishment is needed
- Report any damaged items, malfunctioning appliances, or maintenance issues to supervisors
- Follow hotel security, fire, and health & safety regulations
- Handle lost and found items according to hotel policy
Requirements
- Experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
- Attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
