Role overview
The medical center is hiring a reliable, hardworking, and responsible Housekeeping Staff member.
The role maintains a clean, safe, hygienic, and well-organized healthcare environment.
Cleaning and hygiene duties
- Clean and disinfect clinical and non-clinical areas according to established schedules.
- Maintain examination and treatment rooms, reception and waiting areas, offices, corridors, toilets, and staff areas.
- Perform routine and deep cleaning as required.
- Follow infection prevention and control procedures at all times.
Waste, linen, and spill handling
- Segregate, collect, and transport general and healthcare waste properly.
- Handle soiled linen safely and maintain separation between clean and used linen.
- Follow proper procedures for blood and body fluid spill management.
Safety and equipment requirements
- Use cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, and equipment safely and correctly.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment according to assigned tasks.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and housekeeping supplies in good condition.
- Report spills, hazards, damaged equipment, and other safety concerns immediately.
- Follow occupational health and safety requirements and medical center policies.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1,500 to AED 1,800 per month.
Work location
- The work location is in person.
