Physical Requirements
- The ability to stand or extended periods of time
- The ability to climb, balance, bend/stoop, and kneel continuously
- The physical ability to occasionally climb on a ladder to heights in excess of three feet
- The physical ability to frequently crouch, push/pull, squat and work above the shoulders during the performance of the daily job routine
- The physical ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds of weight both on flat surfaces and up and down stairs

Compensation
- $25-$27/hour This salary range reflects the College's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for the position at the time of the job posting. Salary decisions are dependent on several factors including but not limited to market and organizational considerations, experience, and qualifications of a selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
