About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly professional House Manager to oversee the operations of a private villa for an UHNW family in Dubai. You will manage day-to-day operations, lead household staff, oversee property maintenance, manage budgets, and coordinate family requests with complete discretion.

Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day operations of the private residence, ensuring impeccable standards at all times.
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate all household staff, including housekeeping, chefs, drivers, security, gardeners, and external contractors.
- Oversee property maintenance, preventive servicing, renovations, and vendor management.
- Manage household budgets, inventories, procurement, and operational expenses.
- Coordinate family requests, events, travel preparations, and special projects.
- Ensure complete discretion, confidentiality, and exceptional personalized service.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a House Manager, Estate Manager, Residence Manager, or similar leadership role within a private UHNW residence or 5 star luxury hotel
- Previous experience managing luxury residential properties or private estates is essential
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
- High attention to detail with a proactive, hands on approach
- Absolute professionalism, integrity, and discretion
