House Person- Housekeeping

Key Responsibilities:

• General Cleaning: Perform cleaning tasks using standard hotel products to adhere to health standards.
• Stocking: Maintain linen closets to meet minimum par levels.
• Waste Management: Remove trash and dirty linen from cleaning carts and linen rooms.
• Cleanliness Maintenance: Monitor and clean trash from rooms as needed, moving items to designated pickup points.
• Supply Management: Replace vacuum bags and assist in restocking linen carts.
• Inventory Monitoring: Track consumption and order replacements for guest and cleaning supplies.
• Furniture Movement: Move furniture, supplies, and equipment as directed by the housekeeping supervisor.
• Special Requests: Handle unexpected spills and execute special guest requests as needed.

Education/Experience

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written or verbal instructions.
• Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, stressful environment and manage interruptions.
