Overview

We are seeking a highly professional and experienced House Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of a luxury signature villa in Jebel Ali Hills, Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth household operations, supervising domestic staff, maintaining high hospitality standards, and managing the property with complete confidentiality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the luxury villa.
  • Supervise and coordinate household staff including housekeepers, drivers, chefs, gardeners, security personnel, and maintenance teams.
  • Ensure the villa is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and functionality.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, renovations, and service schedules with external contractors and vendors.
  • Oversee household inventory, supplies, and procurement of household items.
  • Manage guest hospitality arrangements, events, and VIP visits when required.
  • Monitor household budgets, expenses, and petty cash records.
  • Ensure all household systems and appliances are functioning properly.
  • Handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Develop and implement household procedures and operational standards.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, reservations, and personal assistance tasks for the principals when required.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security procedures within the property.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a House Manager, Villa Manager, or similar role in luxury residences, VIP households, or private estates.
  • Experience managing high-end villas or UHNW family residences in the UAE or Gulf region preferred.
  • Strong leadership and staff management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative reporting.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Flexible with working hours and available for emergency support if required.
  • Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
