Role Overview
The House Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai.
The role supports a private local family and oversees the complete day-to-day operations of the residence.
The successful candidate will manage staff, vehicles, maintenance, vendors, household services, and family travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise drivers, housekeepers, nannies, and other household employees and manage their duties, schedules, performance, and training.
- Oversee household maintenance, repairs, contractors, service providers, supplies, inventory, facilities, and equipment.
- Manage family vehicles, including cleanliness, servicing, maintenance, registration, and driver coordination.
- Serve as the point of contact between the family, household employees, contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Coordinate family travel within the UAE and internationally when required.
