Overview

  • Develop and implement comprehensive housekeeping procedures to ensure consistent cleanliness and hygiene standards across all areas.
  • Manage and oversee the housekeeping team, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to identify and address any maintenance issues or cleanliness concerns.
  • Manage the housekeeping budget, including procurement of supplies, inventory control, and cost-effective resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Implement and maintain effective pest control measures to prevent infestations and maintain a healthy environment.
  • Oversee the handling and storage of cleaning chemicals, adhering to safety regulations and promoting environmental sustainability.
  • Address guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
