Role Description
- The House Driver is a full time, on site role based in Qatar, supporting the daily operations of PLATINUM HOME AND HEALTH CARE COMPANY.
- The House Driver will be responsible for safely transporting staff, patients, and family members as needed, following assigned schedules and routes.
- Daily tasks include maintaining vehicle cleanliness, conducting basic safety checks, and ensuring all trips are completed on time.
- The role also involves handling errands, such as picking up supplies or documents, assisting with loading and unloading, and providing courteous, professional interaction with all passengers.
- The House Driver will adhere to company policies, traffic laws, and safety standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Qatar driving license appropriate for light vehicles, with a strong record of safe and responsible driving.
- Knowledge of local roads in Doha and surrounding areas, including traffic regulations and common routes.
- Ability to perform basic vehicle checks (fuel, tires, lights) and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous attitude toward patients, families, and staff.
- Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to follow schedules and work flexible hours as needed.
- Basic English communication skills; knowledge of Arabic or other languages commonly spoken in Qatar is an advantage.
- Previous experience as a house driver, personal driver, or driver in a healthcare or service environment is preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect patient privacy in accordance with company guidelines.
