Manor Receptionist
Hours: 4 days per week, with rotating weekends off. Shifts are either 7:00am – 3:00pm or 3:00pm – 9:00pm .

As the first point of contact, our reception team plays a vital role in ensuring every stay starts and ends on a positive note.
We're looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused individual to join our team.
As a Manor Receptionist, you will
Welcome guests with a professional and friendly manner, ensuring they receive an exceptional first impression.
Check guests in and out efficiently while providing helpful information about the hotel and local area.
Answer telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
Handle guest requests and resolve any concerns or complaints to ensure a positive experience.
Carry out administrative and reception duties accurately, including processing bookings and payments.
Ensure the reception and front-of-house areas are clean, organised, safe, and welcoming at all times.
Work closely with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What we're looking for
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A positive, friendly attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
A reliable team player who is happy to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Sufficient spoken and written English to carry out the role safely and communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
