- Contract with domestic and international Hajj and Umrah tour operators and companies to accommodate groups
- Market hotel rooms and meeting rooms to institutions, companies, and government entities
- Build strong and sustainable relationships with existing agents and attract new clients
- Conduct interviews, site visits, and phone calls to showcase the hotel's competitive advantages
- Draft accurate price quotes, agreements, and contracts for groups and companies in accordance with hotel policy
- Coordinate with Reservations and Finance departments to ensure booking confirmations and payment collections
- Monitor competitor pricing in Makkah and analyze hotel market trends throughout the year
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in hotel sales within Makkah
- Knowledge of the Hajj and Umrah sector's operations
- Strong network of contacts with travel agencies, Hajj campaigns, and Umrah tour operators
- Fluency in Arabic and English (speaking and writing)
- Professional appearance, excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Proficiency in computer use and hotel systems (such as Opera)
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for field travel

Job Objective
- To market the hotel's services and build strong relationships with Hajj and Umrah companies, travel agencies, and other companies and institutions to increase occupancy rates and achieve sales targets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Seasonal Sales: Contracting with domestic and international Hajj and Umrah tour operators and companies to accommodate groups.
- Business to Business (B2B) Attraction: Marketing hotel rooms and meeting rooms to institutions, companies, and government entities.
- Account Management: Building strong and sustainable relationships with existing agents and attracting new clients.
- Site Visits: Conducting interviews, site visits, and phone calls to showcase the hotel's competitive advantages.
- Contract Preparation: Drafting accurate price quotes, agreements, and contracts for groups and companies in accordance with hotel policy.
- Follow up and Collection: Coordinating with the Reservations and Finance departments to ensure booking confirmations and payment collections.
- Market Research: Monitoring competitor pricing in Makkah and analyzing hotel market trends throughout the year.
Required Qualifications and Conditions
- Experience: At least two years of experience in hotel sales (within Makkah). (Essential requirement)
- Knowledge of the Hajj and Umrah sector's operations. (Essential requirement)
- Network: Strong network of contacts with travel agencies, Hajj campaigns, and Umrah tour operators.
- Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English (speaking and writing). Additional languages (such as Urdu or Indonesian) are a significant advantage.
- Presentation and Attitude: Professional appearance, excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, and a flexible mindset for dealing with diverse cultures.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer use and hotel systems (such as Opera).
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for easy field travel.
