Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude upon arrival
- Handle guest check ins and check outs efficiently and accurately
- Process reservations, cancellations, and room modifications
- Verify guest information, process payments, and issue invoices
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and transportation
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, and special requirements
- Maintain accurate guest records and update reservation systems
- Manage room availability and assign rooms according to hotel procedures
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and balance daily accounts when required
- Assist with luggage arrangements, taxi bookings, airport transfers, and concierge services when needed
Requirements
