Role Description
Provide friendly and professional front-desk service, assist guests with check-in and check-out, and ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest enquiries.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Manage guest requests, complaints, and feedback promptly.
- Handle payments, invoices, and basic front-desk transactions.
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation information.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other guest communications.
- Follow hotel policies, service standards, and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented.
- Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Basic computer and reservation system skills.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Responsible, well-groomed, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
