What You’ll Do
- Oversee all digital operations, including booking platforms, PMS systems, and CRM tools.
- Optimize hotel operations through data-driven strategies and digital solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and front-office teams to enhance guest engagement.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and provide actionable reports for management.
- Lead and mentor staff on digital tools, processes, and best practices.
- Ensure seamless integration of technology across all departments.
- Maintain compliance with data security, privacy, and hospitality standards.
Skills
- Proven experience in hotel operations or hospitality management.
- Strong knowledge of digital hotel management systems (PMS, CRS, CRM).
- Data analysis and performance monitoring skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to implement digital solutions to improve operational efficiency.
