- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards
- Control operational costs and support revenue growth initiatives
- Conduct regular operational audits and inspections
- Maintain strong coordination with vendors and external agencies
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Hotel Manager
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in hotel operations
