Hotel Manager

Oversee all hotel operations to ensure smooth, safe, and profitable service delivery.

Lead, mentor, and develop department heads; recruit, train, and evaluate staff; foster a positive, guest-centric culture.

Ensure exceptional guest service: handle high-level guest escalations, monitor satisfaction metrics, and implement service improvements.

Manage financial performance: develop and monitor budgets, control costs, optimize revenue, and prepare regular financial reports.

Develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and revenue.

Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulations.

Oversee front desk operations, reservations, concierge, housekeeping, food and beverage, security, and maintenance.

Optimize operational efficiency through standard operating procedures, inventory control, and vendor management.

Prepare and present monthly/quarterly board reports; analyze KPIs and provide strategic recommendations.

Ensure guest safety and security protocols; manage emergency procedures and risk management.

Coordinate with owners, asset managers, and corporate teams as needed.

Manage capital projects, renovations, and preventative maintenance plans.

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a hotel manager or GM at a comparable property.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate large teams.

Demonstrated financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, revenue optimization.

Excellent guest service orientation with a calm, professional demeanor.

Knowledge of hospitality technology (PMS, POS, revenue management systems) and reporting tools.

Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: QAR120.00 - QAR550.00 per hour
