Role Overview
The Accommodation or Hotel Manager will manage the overall day-to-day operation of an accommodation property in Ajman, UAE.
The role covers guest service, facility operations, employee performance, and financial results.
Compensation
- The stated salary is AED 30,000 to AED 35,000 per month, all inclusive.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee hotel or accommodation operations, including front office, reservations, housekeeping, and guest relations.
- Monitor occupancy, room availability, check-ins, check-outs, room standards, and facility maintenance.
- Recruit, train, supervise, motivate, and schedule staff while maintaining performance standards.
- Monitor costs, budgets, revenue, departmental performance, and operational reports.
- Maintain operational policies, service standards, health and safety, hygiene, licensing, and company compliance.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints, coordinate suppliers and contractors, and improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to support occupancy and revenue targets.
- Provide regular updates to senior management or property owners.
