Role Description
Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure high standards of guest satisfaction, service quality, and safety.
The role is part-time and hybrid, combining on-site presence in Abu Dhabi Emirate with work-from-home flexibility for administrative and planning tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage front-of-house and back-of-house activities, staff supervision, housekeeping, and maintenance coordination.
- Ensure efficient reservation and reception processes and monitor budgets and financial performance.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure regulatory and company-policy compliance.
- Review performance metrics, handle guest feedback, implement service improvements, and collaborate with ownership and consultants.
Qualifications
- Experience in hotel or hospitality management with responsibility for daily operations, staff supervision, and guest services.
- Strong budgeting, cost-control, and basic financial-analysis skills, including revenue-target and expense management.
- Proficiency with property management systems, reservation platforms, spreadsheets, presentation tools, and other office software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of UAE hotel health, safety, and regulatory standards and ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
