Hotel General Manager

The Hotel General Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring a high standard of guest experience, service quality, and operational efficiency.

This part-time, remote role includes managing front-of-house and back-of-house performance, coordinating with on-site teams, and setting service standards aligned with stc square’s smart city vision.

include monitoring occupancy and revenue, supervising budgeting and cost control, guiding food and beverage offerings, and maintaining compliance with brand, safety, and regulatory requirements.

The manager will review performance reports, support staff development through remote coaching, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance guest satisfaction and hotel profitability.

The role also involves implementing business strategies, supporting digital and smart-hotel initiatives, and continuously improving processes.

• Strong General Management and Business Management skills to oversee hotel operations, staff performance, and strategic planning.
• Proven Customer Service expertise, with the ability to maintain high guest satisfaction and manage escalations effectively.
• Experience in Budgeting, revenue management, and cost control to support financial sustainability and growth.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu oversight, quality standards, and service coordination.
• Background in hospitality management or hotel operations, ideally in urban or lifestyle properties.
• Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams remotely, with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with smart-hotel technologies, property management systems, and data-driven decision-making is beneficial.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
